Erdogan: A new phase of “governing quietly” in Syria



Erdogan told Guterres that “the Syrian conflict has reached a new stage where it is managed peacefully,” adding that “Turkey hopes that Syria will not witness a greater degree of instability and will not cause civilian casualties.”
