Jay-Z is accused of raping a minor along with Sean “Diddy” Combs at the 2000 MTV VMAs, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.
The lawsuit, originally filed in October, was refiled in New York on Sunday by an anonymous plaintiff who claims Jay-Z, whose full name is Sean Carter, “raped” her while Combs and “Celebrity B” looked on.
Representatives for Jay-Z did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.

The 13-year-old girl was dropped off at Radio City Music Hall by a friend while she wanted to attend the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards, according to the lawsuit. In an attempt to enter the venue, she began approaching limo drivers waiting outside the celebrity-studded event.
“One of the limo drivers she spoke with claimed to work for (Diddy),” the lawsuit states. “He told her that Combs likes younger girls and said he was ‘doing what Diddy asked for,’ not letting her attend the awards, but inviting her to the afterparty.
