IATA: Demand for air travel increased by 7.1 percent in October



International travel demand, measured by passenger revenue per kilometer, increased by 9.5 percent compared to October 2023, and capacity increased by 8.6 percent compared to the previous year, while domestic demand for travel by 3.5 percent compared to October 2023, and the capacity increased by 2 percent compared to the same period last year.
