The agreement, which was signed under the auspices of the Council for Intelligent Autonomous Systems, aims to define the official framework for cooperation between the company and the relevant authorities, in preparation for the launch of the first commercial flying taxi flight and the establishment of an electric aircraft factory in Abu Dhabi, which is the first species in the Middle East region and North Africa. The signing of the cooperation agreement comes as part of the joint efforts of all parties engaged in smart air transport operations, and is a continuation of the joint cooperation agreement signed between the Abu Dhabi Investment Office and Archer Aviation, to accelerate the launch of flights. taxi services in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, according to the statement.
