It’s been a year since the Tesla Cybertruck began shipping to customers. Cybertuck has made a number of notable achievements over the past year, some of which were highlighted by the electric car maker in a recent article on social media platform X.
As Tesla emphasized through him the official Cybertruck accountthe all-electric pickup truck had many detractors—so much so that critics were convinced the vehicle would never be made. But on November 30, 2023, the first delivery of the Cybertruck took place, and the roads have never been the same.
Less than a year in its suppliesThe Cybertruck has become a profitable product for Tesla. This was a remarkable achievement for the electric vehicle manufacturer, given that the Cybertruck is a complex machine to design and manufacture. The Cybertruck’s on-ramp has also been smooth, with the pickup now shipping to the United States and Canada.
While the Cybertruck initially received mixed reviews for its off-road capabilities, later updates, such as a special Off-Road mode, completely transformed this brutal pickup into a capable tracked vehicle. Demonstrations at Hell’s Revenge showed that the vehicle didn’t just look tough—it was there is tough, inside and out.
While the Cybertruck is the most rugged vehicle in Tesla’s lineup, it’s also the most advanced. This was especially true when Tesla’s AI team delved into September to bring full (supervised) self-driving to an all-electric pickup truck. Thanks to FSD (Supervised), the Cybertruck is the pickup truck with the most advanced driver assistance system on the market, period.
And this is only the tip of the iceberg. The innovations that Tesla has put into the car – from four-wheel steering to the 48-volt architecture – really make it state-of-the-art.
